Compassionate care from the comfort of your home.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I specialize in working with adults who have a cancer diagnosis, provide care for loved one, and grieving a loss. I am a person-centered therapist and integrate mind-body approaches to treat the whole person. I can help with finding coping strategies, manage distress, and find meaning in difficult circumstances.
I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in Littleton, Colorado and Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Health Program from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
I have worked as a hospital case manager and oncology counselor since 2017. I manage a cancer survivorship program for patient and caregivers in Wyoming.

About Me: I live in Victor, Idaho with my husband and german shepherd. Though I was born and raised in central Texas, I found myself out West during college and never left. I love running and fly fishing in the summers and nordic skiing in the winters. My simple joys include a great cup of coffee, a good book, and a scenic view.
