Compassionate care from the comfort of your home.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I specialize in working with adults who:
- Have a cancer diagnosis
- Caregiving for a loved one
- Near end of life
- Grieving a loss
I am a person-centered therapist and integrate mind-body approaches to treat the whole person. I can help with finding coping strategies, provide space to process, and find meaning in difficult circumstances.
I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in Littleton, Colorado and Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Health Program from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
I have worked in the medical setting since 2017 as a hospital case manager and mental health provider. In addition to this practice, I manage an integrated health program for cancer patients and their caregivers in Jackson, WY.

About Me: I live in Victor, Idaho with my husband and German Shepherd. I was raised near Austin, Texas and have lived in the Mountain West for the last 12 years. I love running and fly fishing in the summers and nordic skiing in the winters. My simple joys include a great cup of coffee, a good book, and a scenic view.
